Normal 30-Day Rule
For all general contests that do not specify otherwise, the normal 30-day rule applies at all times.  In these instances, winning is limited to 1 winner per household per any 30-day period.
If it’s been determined that a person has violated the normal 30-day rule before a prize was physically awarded for a second time within 30 days, that person will automatically forfeit what would have otherwise been known as that second prize.  For this forfeit, notice might not be provided to the participant.  If he/she contacts WWCB for inquiry, an explanation will be given.
Due to the rapid timing of on-air contests, it may not be determined until after a winner is declared on-air that he/she was found to be in violation of the normal 30-day rule.  WWCB reserves the right to declare a previously-announced winner as in violation of the normal 30-day rule, and act on these guidelines.
Normal 30-Day Rule – WAIVED
In certain contests, the normal 30-day rule may be advertised as WAIVED.  This will take place in instances of larger contests, where prizes are substantially greater in value from that of general contesting.
For these contests, any person can participate/win even if they had previously been a winner of another contest within that same 30-day period.  Also, in cases of contests that are waived from the normal 30-day rule, each person in a given household is permitted to win.  Each person can only win one time in this specific contest, unless otherwise noted in the specific rules for that contest.
