The Jamestown Jammers win game one against the Geneva Redwings in another walk off win 3-2.

In the bottom of 1st, the Jammers got on the board first as Alex O’Donnell (Mercyhurst) grounded out to bring in Josh Brammell (NC Central). Then Brandon Nania (NC Central) hit a single up the middle to bring in Chase Keng (UTSA) to make the score 2-0.
Then in the top of the 6th, the Redwings got on the board from a Tanner Murray (UC Davis) home run to make the score 2-1.
Then in yhe top of the 8th, Geneva tied the game up as Nick LaBrasca (Youngstown State) hit a solo home run to make the score 2-2.
Then in the bottom of the 9th, the Jammers walk off with a Brandon Nania single to bring in Chris Rubottom (Wofford) to win the game 5-4!
Jammers starter Isaiah Moten (Cal-State Bakersfield) went a solid 7.0 innings while giving up 5 hits, 1 earned run, as well as striking out 3 batters. Geneva’s starter Trace Holder (Southern Alabama) pitched a quality 7.0 innings allowing 5 hits, 2 earned runs, while striking out 2.
