The weekend ahead


  • 6 pm to 9 pm ~ Fellowship Evening, Miracle Mountain Ranch, Spring Creek… an evening of fellowship and appetizers with updates on MMR events and scholarship fund… the event is free but reservations appreciated at (814) 664-7673
  • 6:30 pm ~ Teen hangout at the Corry Public Library ~ video games, board games and snacks


  • 4 pm to 6:30 pm ~ St. Thomas Lenten Fish Dinner (last one this year), St. Elizabeth Parish Center ~ $10/adults, $5/children 6-12, free/children 5 and under… Call 664-9187 for take-outs (beginning at 4 pm)
  • 6:30 pm to 11 pm ~ Dueling Pianos at Peek’n Peak, Bill Connors and Todd Cutshaw entertain… tickets are free, doors open at 6:30
  • 6:30 pm to 10 pm ~ Murder Mystery Dinner Theater, Peek’n Peak… dinner and an interactive performance, you help solve the crime ~ call (716) 355-4141 x7155 for reservations


  • 10 am to 2 pm ~ “Color Yourself Happy” adult coloring at the Corry Public Library… pages and colored pencils provided
  • 11 am to 3 pm ~ Brunch with the Bunny at the Fork and Barrel Restaurant, 554 Country Club Rd. ~ $10/children 3-13, $15/adults and children under 3 are free ~ seating at 11 am or 1 pm, featuring an Easter egg hunt for children 3 to 13 and a separate hunt for children under 3… enjoy brunch, treats and an appearance by the Easter Bunny
  • 11:30 am to 1:30 pm ~ Community Easter Egg Hunt, Beaverdam Mennonite Church, 17721 Route 89, Corry… egg hunt, crafts, games, food, everyone welcome
  • 12 noon to 10 pm ~ Pick’n at the Peak in the main lodge at Peek’n Peak… 10 groups playing bluegrass, blues, jazz and rock music ~ $10/person, also featuring vendors offering music equipment demonstrations, workshops and lots more
  • 1 pm ~ Self-defense class, sponsored by the Corry YMCA with Gary Hicks as instructor, open to ages 12 and up, call the YMCA for details 664-7757
  • 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm ~ Spring Pork Barbeque, Spring Creek Fire Department, 6345 Route 426, Spring Creek ~ pulled pork BBQ, $10 for the meal
  • 6 pm to 9 pm ~ Open Mic Night at the Fork and Barrel Restaurant… everyone welcome to share their talent(s)!
  • 7 pm ~ Country music star Kelsea Ballerini plays the Erie Insurance Arena, 809 French St., Erie ~ tickets are $25 to $45 and are available by calling (814) 452-4857 or online
  • 8 pm ~ Erie Philharmonic at the Warner Theater, presenting “An Anthem for Our Time” ~ an uplifting season finale featuring the chorus, soloists from the Pittsburgh Opera and special guest conductor Noel Burgoyne


  • 1 pm to 5 pm ~ Vendor and Craft Fair benefiting Corry Youth Soccer League, St. Elizabeth Parish Center, 33 W. Pleasant St. ~ vendors, crafters, food truck, Paw Patrol, face painting and more
